Event viewing instructions:

1.  You will see the events of the whole month, in small segments, in the colour of the organization, with the title of the event and the time,
2.  Put your cursor on the event and you will see a small pop-up box with the name of the event, the time and price,
3.  Now left double-click on the event itself: a full -page window will open, with all the information about the event. This window has a white background and black distinctive easy- to- see writing.

Are you looking for a Meaningful Volunteer Opportunity?

Our Peer Support Services is accepting applications for our Friendly home Visit Program. 

This volunteer training will prepare you with the skills to interact with seniors in our community and will enhance employment opportunities and personal growth. 

Training will consist of five consecutive sessions of three hours each, beginning on Monday, April 30th, and ending on May 28th 2018. 

Please telephone Grace or Charles for the specific hours of the course. 

You will become more skilled with age-related challenges, grief and loss, isolation, loneliness and many other issues facing older adults. 

We are an inclusive organization and reach out to all seniors. Come and be a part of our great team! 

Monday Night Bridge at Beth Tikvah
May 14 @ 7:00 pm – 10:30 pm

The last Bridge Game will be held on May 6th, 2019. 

The MONDAY night game is an ACBL sanctioned game, master points awarded, entry fee $10.00.

Alzheimer’s Dementia and You: A Public Discussion. 

Panel Discussion with keynote speaker Dr. Deborah Toiber, PhD. Dr. Toiber will report on findings from her latest research about mechanisms that can slow or stop Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and neurodegenerative aging.

Panel Discussion featuring Alzheimer Society of BC and Jewish Family Services to discuss resources and answer questions.
