Isobel Mackenzie served as BC’s Seniors Advocate from 2014 to 2024. She has an extensive career working with seniors in home care, licensed care, community services and volunteer services. Her work leading B.C.’s largest not-for-profit agency was pivotal in implementing a new model of dementia care and the first safety accreditation for homecare workers.

Selina Robinson served as the MLA for Coquitlam-Maillardville, representing the district from 2013-2024. She was the Minister of finance and housing, as well as Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills, and the NDP Opposition critic for seniors. Before entering provincial politics, she worked as a family therapist.

Please note: Anyone who has made a donation of $18 or more in the last 12 months is considered a member in good standing and is eligible to vote at the AGM.

Members are invited to submit nominations for election to the Board of Directors providing nominations are submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the AGM together with written confirmation from the persons nominated as Directors that they are prepared to serve if elected.
