& Workshops: VCH Caregiver Support Program – caregiver education series, workshops, support groups, telephone support, and information
Peer Support:
VCH Volunteer Program – Neighbourhood Connectors, Wellness Walkers, Leisure Buddies; one to one volunteer visits to clients in home/community setting

Shop by Phone: volunteer-run grocery shopping service for those unable to get out to do their ‘own shopping

numerous languages spoken by health/service-providers and/or will arrange interpretation services as required
