Many businesses are offering specialty hours for seniors and those most at risk. The following information is subject to change. Please check with your local stores to confirm offers and operating hours.

Fresh St. Market
Fresh St. Market has five locations in the Lower Mainland and will offer a morning shopping hour for seniors and individuals who are at high risk of developing severe symptoms every Wednesday and Friday from 7 to 8 a.m. Click Here

Shoppers Drug Mart
Shoppers Drug Mart locations across Canada are dedicating the first hour they’re open to customers who need assistance or special consideration. That includes seniors and people living with disabilities. Seniors will also be able to apply the Seniors Day discount of 20 per cent on regular priced items during Shopper Drug Mart’s first hour of operation every day. Real Canadian Superstore
Real Canadian Superstore is offering dedicated shopping hours to seniors and those living with disabilities between 7 and 8 a.m. For other shoppers, all locations are now open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.. They are also lowering cost on home delivered goods and eliminating fees for delivery and pick up. Click Here

Save-On-Foods is offering dedicated shopping hours to seniors and those living with disabilities every day from 7 to 8 a.m. Services are also available for pickup and delivery. Click Here

London Drugs
London Drugs is offering Seniors’ Hours from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., Monday-Friday. Notes: The last hour each day is reserved for first responders and healthcare professionals. Pharmacy hours differ from store hours, usually 1 hour shorter.
“Something new we have just started, is a program to help seniors who might be isolated or in desperate need of essential items or medications. Quality Foods has announced that it will reserve its first two hours of service for seniors and other vulnerable customers. Store hours will officially change on Monday, March 23 to allow for seniors-only shopping between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Click Here

Grocery Delivery
Vancouver Coastal Health Shop by Phone Grocery Program
Provides homebound seniors and disabled adults help with their grocery shopping. Clients call a designated order line to place an order and volunteer grocery shoppers then pick up and deliver the groceries to the client’s home.
