Outgoing President’s Message

In giving her final report, President Marilyn Berger, stated that she didn’t feel worthy of all the accolades she was receiving as she hands the gavel over to Ken Levitt. Berger claimed she only chaired meetings and could not have accomplished what she did without her troika – her wonderful team – her family as she thinks of them. The ‘haimish’ like togetherness came from aiming for common goals, which made it easy to accomplish objectives. She is sure that Ken Levitt, as incoming president, will take over the gavel and experience the same welcoming feeling  of unity.
