Event viewing instructions:
1. You will see the events of the whole month, in small segments, in the colour of the organization, with the title of the event and the time,
2. Put your cursor on the event and you will see a small pop-up box with the name of the event, the time and price,
3. Now left double-click on the event itself: a full -page window will open, with all the information about the event. This window has a white background and black distinctive easy- to- see writing.

Chair Yoga with Annette Wertman. This gentle form of yoga replaces the yoga mat with a chair. you will be guided to hold stretches in modified versions.

Certified ACBL Directors Bryan Maksametz (Tues.) and Cathy Miller (Thurs.) facilitate. Master points awarded for placing pairs with the ACBL. Vancouver Jewish Folk Choir rehearsal: every Tuesday at 7:30 pm. Conductor: David Millard, accompanist: Elliott Dainow.
The largest, best, and Only Yiddish choir west of Winnipeg, the Vancouver Jewish Folk Choir performs the music of the Jewish people in Yiddish, Hebrew, Ladino and English, as well as other languages of countries where Jews have lived.
The Choir performs for holiday celebrations and special events at the Peretz Centre and in the Jewish and mainstream communities. The Choir welcomes all new members. What better way to spend a Tuesday evening.
